2027 Active Employee Insurance rates Health Insurance Rates The 2027 rates for active state employees (ASE) in the State Health Insurance Program have been approved. For the first time in three years, increases in contributions will come from employees rather than from the state. This is part of a plan approved several years ago to pause increases for the employees while the state increased their contributions to reach 70%. You can see the unofficial contribution development
