As promised we are posting the proposed Performance Evaluation System protocol ahead of tomorrows ALC-Personnel meeting at 3pm. Commentary continues after the memos.
The feedback we have received in regards to the Performance Evaluation System is not with the written protocol but with regrading employees to fit a bell curve and excluding "solid performers" or "3's" from receiving merit payment.
We will be active in talking to committee members ahead of the meeting and will keep you posted.
